Wells Assumes Presidency of TTX Company
June 1, 2008, Thomas F. Wells assumed the presidency of TTX Company from Andrew F. Reardon, who announced his retirement effective December 31, 2008. Mr. Reardon remains Chairman and CEO until that time.
