In 1941, our product line consisted of a basic hydrochloric acid bowl cleaner and one mechanics type hand cleaner. Today, our line of over two hundred Warsaw Chemical, Maintenance and Car Choice® Brand car wash products is marketed internationally as well as under private label by hundreds of distributors throughout the United States. Warsaw Chemical also remains a leading regional distributor or industrial chemicals.
We are pleased to announce that Warsaw Chemical has entered into an agreement with Webb Chemical to take over our industrial chemical division. This has no effect on our Car Wash or Maintenance sales divisions. This agreement between our two companies went into effect
October 23, 2008.
