Since 1998 SK Fiber Golf has been designing and wholesaling maximum performance golf club shafts that enable golfers of all skill levels play their personal best.
To achieve this high level of performance, our shafts are roll-wraped exclusively with premium aerospace-grade, unidirectional high tonnage carbon fiber and epoxy prepreg tape. SK Fiber shafts are manufactured under the most stringent and exacting quality control measures in the golf shaft industry. Each step in the production of SK Fiber shafts is carefully monitored and incorporates our proprietary “Pressure Plus System” process, which results in a shaft so consistent that we guarantee a frequency of +/- one cycle per minute and is considered by many of the world’s best club-makers, club-fitters and players to be the most consistent in the industry.
Our final in-plant quality control measures includes active analysis of selected shafts in an oscillation analysis testing device that rotates and flexes shafts to verify the cycles per minute (CPM) frequency, torque, ratio between the tip-to-butt (aspect ratio) characteristics and spine identification.Our Finally the shafts will undergo a final random physical spot check prior to packaging for shipping to golf club OEMs and professional clubmakers.Through the implementation of these procedures and introduction of cutting edge shaft innovation and technology SK FIBER’S driver, iron, fairway and hybrid golf club shafts continue to be a favorite for golfers, clubmakers and equipment manufactures worldwide.
